FingerMotion (NASDAQ: FNGR) together with Genius Group Limited (NYSE American: GNS) and BlueFlare Energy Solutions Inc., announced a second binding agreement establishing a joint venture for the Brooks Corridor Campus Program, covering up to 100 megawatts (MW) of powered land and colocation campuses in Alberta, Canada. The agreement includes the first planned site, Brooks Campus No. 1, a permitted 9.9 MW facility in the County of Newell, with powered land expected to become available in the first quarter of 2027. Each campus will be owned 75% by FingerMotion and 25% by Genius Group, with BlueFlare responsible for development, construction and operations.
The agreements follow the partners’ October announcement of GENIUSpark Alberta and its initial artificial intelligence (AI) compute site in Hanna. BlueFlare has also entered into a nonbinding expression of interest for up to 7 MW of high-performance computing colocation capacity at Brooks Campus No. 1. If fully operational under the contemplated arrangement, the capacity is estimated to generate $20 million to $25 million in annual revenue, potentially exceeding $100 million over an initial five-year term. Closing of the first campus remains subject to client contracts, financing, due diligence and regulatory approvals.
