Deako, which shipped more than 32 million units and generated over $26 million in revenue in 2025, brings established builder relationships that SKYX expects will accelerate adoption of its plug-and-play smart home products. The merger also expands the combined patent portfolio to more than 120 issued and pending patents and creates opportunities for recurring revenue through AI services, subscriptions and licensing. Under the transaction, SKYX issued 25 million common shares, leaving existing SKYX shareholders with 84.4% ownership and Deako shareholders and its lender with 15.6%.
